The studio imprint: who operates Uplink, which marks are claimed, and where each product keeps its terms. Plain English, like the rest of the set.
01 The imprint
Uplink is the software studio of Noah Abrams, Nashville, Tennessee, United States. Contact: [email protected].
02 The marks
netmap, Uplink and Uplink Cockpit are trademarks of Uplink. The names, the wordmarks, the look of these sites and the drawing-set trade dress of netmap.show and the exported paperwork identify Uplink products. Do not use them to label software Uplink did not build.
03 Agreements
One set of agreements covers the whole Uplink suite, with a per-app schedule for what differs:
- EULA · the license you accept in every Uplink app: general terms plus per-app schedules.
- Privacy policy · what the apps store and what they never send.
- Beta terms · the working rules while the apps are in beta.
- Refund policy · refunds and cancelling.
- SMS program · the operational-alerts text program: who it messages, how a number opts in, and how to stop.
These are the canonical copies. netmap.show carries the same EULA word for word, and the same privacy policy and terms in its own house style. Each desktop app shows its click-through form of the agreement, with that app's schedule, before you first use it: Schedule N for netmap, and Schedule C for Uplink Cockpit and every module in it, Haze Limiter included. Uplink Cockpit's click-through uses a shorter form of the general terms, and a first browser session links to this agreement from the account page. Each new app adds its own schedule as it ships.
